My name is Kaleah LaRoche, and people often ask me how I came to do the work I do — guiding others through the fire of transformation after narcissistic abuse, spiritual crisis, or profound life upheaval.

The truth is, I didn’t choose this path.
The path chose me.

I’ve walked through my own dark nights of the soul.
I’ve faced narcissistic abuse, betrayal, trauma, spiritual initiation, and ego death.
I know what it feels like to lose yourself… and I know what it takes to get yourself back.

I started my journey studying psychology.
It made sense at first — I wanted to understand the mind, the patterns, the pain.
But something was missing.
Labels and diagnoses couldn’t explain the deeper truths I was experiencing — the energetic impact, the spiritual dimension, the unspoken realm of shadow and light.

So I shifted gears.

I dove into hypnotherapy.
I dove into spirituality.
And eventually, I trained in shamanism with several well-known shamans.
That changed everything.

During one of my initiations, I lay on the shaman’s table doing breathwork and suddenly felt a knife in my back — not physically, but psychically.
My whole body reacted.
I said, through breath, “There’s a knife in my back.”

I expected him to remove it for me.

Instead, he said,
“Take it out. You have the power.”

And with one deep breath, I did.
Power flooded into me — a power I didn’t know I had.
From that day forward, I was never the same.
That moment initiated me into the work I now bring to others.

I realized something profound:

We allow dark energies — whether psychological or spiritual — to infiltrate our lives only when we believe we are powerless.
Our light shrinks.
A void forms.
And something steps into that void.

But when you reclaim your light…
when you reclaim your power center…
when you expand your energy field…
the darkness cannot stay.

This understanding shaped everything I do.
