Thank you for the email, being aware of energetic chords, I have been cutting chords now for many months, daily, since the beginning of my last relationship I have always had a knowing that something was impacting on my sense of self. I have recently ended the relationship when I discovered the truth of our illusion via another source, and I immediately withdrew from him. Until that time, there was always a nagging sense of doubt within me that I was the one to blame for his behaviours and actions.
I am a counsellor, therapist and reiki practitioner and spiritually aware and through the duration of our relationship I have been to hell and back and yes I have felt this intense difficulty to process the separation going over and over in my mind my part in the relationship.
I have since downloaded your book 'web of illusion' and upon reading the book I can only describe my feelings of shame, blame and failure being lifted from me.
I felt a need to contact you and express my deepest gratitude to you for creating such an insightful and knowing read.
I was particularly interested in the section on attraction, and have been judging myself to be bad, 'receiving what we put out' and it gave me great comfort to read about the attraction can be they are being drawn to our 'light'. Until this relationship I was a secure, happy woman with a loving energy that surrounded me and enabled me to do great work with my clients, yet in recent months have been reconsidering my career path feeling a total fraud.
I know now that the lesson from this relationship is for me to go forward with this revised valuable insight and to start rebuilding what I feel I have lost.
