If you have been a victim of narcissistic abuse you may need to get help from someone who understands what you have been through.
Although a traditional therapist may have the practical knowledge about NPD or narcissistic personality disorder, he or she may not fully understand the severity of the abuse you have been through.
I work with victims of narcissistic abuse over the phone to help you understand the level of abuse you have experienced and help you to get through the obstacles to your recovery. This means you can benefit from Counseling no matter where you are in the world. I am even available by way of SKYPE or instant chat for those who are uncomfortable on the phone or prefer not to pay overseas long distance charges.
Some of my clients just need someone they can talk to who understands them. Others want to do deeper work to find out what is blocking their ability to get on with their lives.

I am a non-traditional holistic counselor and clinical hypnotherapist who has been practicing since 1988. I am a licensed Interfaith Minister and Spiritual Guidance Counselor.
My approach is to help my clients come to terms with narcissistic abuse and develop the necessary inner strength and tools to deal effectively with it. It is my goal to put you in touch with your "inner counselor" so that you can take over where I left off. I use a holistic, spiritual approach, not to be mistaken for religious. When I say Spiritual I mean "to consider the spirit." When you have gone through a type of "soul rape" it is important to consider the "soul" when recovering.
My goal is to help you to break free from being a victim and instead be a victor! You achieve this goal by finding the lessons or gems in your experience with the narcissist and take responsibility for your own path and recovery.
Although forgiveness is an important stage of recovery it is important first to get in touch with all your feelings, including your anger. You cannot get to forgiveness before experiencing your feelings of anger, betrayal, rejection, and abandonment.

Counseling sessions are scheduled at least 12 hours in advance through my Online Calendar. From time to time there is a cancellation or available spot same day Monday through Wednesday. If you are in need of immediate assistance you can email me to check availability.
Credit Card Information is required for all new clients so please be sure to schedule your session prior to paying. If you have already paid you will have to email me in order to schedule. If you plan on paying by check you can pay first and then email me to schedule a time.
All appointment times are in Arizona time so you will need to adjust according to your time zone.
Anhour session is only $75.00 You must pay for the session immediately upon scheduling. 24 hour advanced noticed is required for cancellations and if you should need to cancel within 24 hours of your session you can either reschedule or receive a refund. There are no refunds for "no shows" or missed sessions.
Hypnotherapy sessions are 90 minutes for 112.50. Hypnotherapy includes either a soul retrieval, cord cutting or rewind session. Or we can create a session unique to your needs. Learn about all Kaleah's Healing modalities!

Free Consultations No Longer Offered!
I no longer offer free consultations prior to scheduling a counseling session. My rates are very low compared to most therapists, coaches and healers. I do offer an introductory 30 minute consultation for $40.00 if you just want a brief conversation. In my experience those who call for a brief consultation end up being on the phone with me for a half hour minimum which is why I must charge for this time. Most people come to me as a result of reading my materials and listening to my radio shows and so there is a feeling of already knowing me and my approach. If you feel you need to know more about me before scheduling please take some time and read my articles, ebooks and listen to the many radio shows available through the archives.
Had my first session with Kaleah and it was great, very empowering and enlightening. Validated what i was thinking about a relationship and made me look at things differently and that it was ok to feel the way that I feel, and that it is healthy to feel it and taught me ways how to act on those feelings in a positive way. Will do a little work on myself and then will schedule another session.

I have had what can only be described as a disturbing and life changing encounter with a narcisisst/psychopath. I had severe PTSD and my life was spiraling out of control. Amazing and Authentic!!
Kaleah has such a strong, supportive, clear energy. I have done several sessions with her. The hypnotherapy sessions have benefited me more than any type of work I have done to date, and I have done alot! I have some of the guided meditations she offers, too; they are great. But her energy on the calls while I am in a deeper state is so profoundly present and supportive.
