Daily spiritual practiceA strong spiritual practice involves keeping our energy fields clean and clear, just as a strong health practice involves keeping our bodies clean inside and out through proper diet, exercise and cleansing. The practice of meditation, or sitting quietly, helps you to get familiar with how your energy field feels around you. The more tuned in you become to your own energy, the more you learn to recognize when an intrusive or invasive energy is trying to penetrate your field.

If you are trying to release negative psychic chords in your life it is good to develop a daily practice of meditation and clearing.

I have put together a couple guided meditations to help you through this process of severing those negative psychic emotional bonds.

Once you engage in a daily practice for up to thirty days you will notice a major difference in how you feel. You should be feeling much more clear, energetic, free, and emotionally detached from the person in your life whom you feel is draining your energy. You may experience a return of your creative energy, your physical energy and your desire to participate in life. It would be helpful to get involved in something creative that you enjoy doing, be it writing, art, music, dance or anything else. Getting physical is also very helpful, walking, running, working out, gardening or something that gets you up moving around.

Once you free yourself of negative psychic energy you must fill up the space with something different. So allow new ambitions and ideas to come forth, embrace your inspiration and be ready to live your life in a whole new way.
